500 days of summer poster
500 days of summer has always been one of my favourite movies and when I saw this poster I immediately fell in love. Even though it is simple, it's still eye catching at the same time. The designers who created this made use of white spaces around the picture to draw focus to the two main characters on the bottom right of the poster. The contrast in colour between the characters and the background also helped make certain that they would be the main focus of the entire picture. Another thing the designers did to draw attention to the two main characters in the posters was that they purposely made it unbalanced. Instead of adding text or putting the two main characters in the middle of the poster to balance it out, they put them towards the bottom right of the poster. This imbalance will cause more people to notice the poster as it will seem odd and out of place.
